My name is Tony Agro, and I am a budding culinary mind based out of Buffalo, NY. Like many young chefs, I had spent a great portion of my life unsure of what I was going to be in the future… and then I made the decision to enroll in a culinary school. Now, I spend my time perfecting my techniques and signature dishes and, of course, devouring my fellow chefs’ creations.
